What is Happening?

Do you feel there is something fundametally wrong going on in the US and possibly the entire world right now? Think you are being lied to by the governement “puppets” and the major media outlets? That they are feeding you a line of over enthusiastic and optimistic bull about the true state of the economy and the world?

By the way do you know the difference between a pessimist, optimist and a realist and which one are you? Now before you answer that and just in case your weren’t sure lets examine the differences among the three.

Lets say for example three people are traveling and driving down the highway. Each one comes upon a sign post that reads Next Gas 50 Miles. The optimist looks down at his gas gage which states 48 miles until empty and says “I CAN MAKE IT!” but 2 miles before the gas station the car runs out of gas. The pessimist on the other hand sees the sign post and looks down at his gage which states 55 miles until empty and says “Fu**! with my luck I’ll run out of gas” and turns around to get some gas. Now when the realist sees the sign post and looks down at his gas gauge which states 75 miles until empty and says “this is a good time to fill up” and stops for gas.

If you are a questioning and thinking person you would be in a small minority of people that have a chance of not losing their wealth due to the coming economic chaos. While the majority of the sheeple population will be blind sided by the wave of financial destruction and devastation that will wipe away their wealth. People like you and I have the opportunity right now to learn what to do and when to do it before the coming freefall of the world wide financial system takes its toll on the masses.

As you know I have been warning about the coming $50 trillion dollar transfer of wealth from the hands of the unaware and into the bank accounts of the informed and those of us that have properly positioned our wealth to benefit from this economic melt down.

This coming event will become know as the largest economic collapse in the history of mankind.

Why is this Happening?

Now I feel a little more back ground is needed to shed like on what is taking place especially for those of you hearing of this “transfer of wealth” for the first time.

To understand why this is happening we have to take a look back into history with the formation of countries and governments, Central Banking Systems throughout the world and more specifically the Federal Reserve (AKA: the greatest ponzi scheme known to mankind) here in the US and the advent of fiat currency (paper dollars backed by nothing).

So that I don’t bore you to death I’ll keep it short. The economy goes through times of economic unrest as it did in the 1930′s with The Great Depression, but what you may not know is that even tho the middle class was wiped out this was a time when more millionaires where created than in any other time in history.

For the very very poorest of people however nothing changed as they continued to suffer from poverty and for the ultra-wealthy they continued to live the high life of luxury. For the middle class was an entirely different story as they where wiped out financially and found themselves standing in bread lines. Oh and this did also happen to many of the rich because they too where not among the informed and did not have their wealth positioned properly.

The end result of ALL fiat based countries is a total and complete financial collapse - BANKRUPTCY. We have seen this eventuality happen again and again throughout history.

How To Prepare and Protect My Wealth?

This is why I have been telling people over the past year to:

• Eliminate most consumer debt.
• Hold off the purchasing of expensive stuff.
• Sell off unnecessary junk cluttering up your garage or storage spaces
• Sell off most major stock investments.
• Sell off investment real estate.
• Buy silver and gold in the physical form
• Invest in Gold and Silver through a few select ETF’s.
• Start a business and take back control over your financial house.

The S*** is About to Hit the Fan!!!

History tends to repeat it self over and over and over again AND it is about to repeat its self once again. Take a look at where we are today right now:

Family homes have been losing value for the past 6 years and is even headed further down.

A record 45 million people are feeding their families through the US gov food stamps program.

The US government is the biggest employer in the world.

Unemployment is at an all time high if you are looking at the U-6 data (the real unemployment numbers) and NOT the stinky garbage the government feeds to the public.

Real GDP (US gross domestic product) has been negative for the past 10 years once you remove all the money used to keep our over inflated false economy going was actually borrowed from low interest adjustable home equity lines of credit.

The government in part created this mess by making it legal and by recommending to the public to use their homes as an ATM card to fund their bankrupt lifestyles and for creating the predatory lendor debackle by endorsing the making of loans to low income families that could never afford to repay them.

This eventually led to the bankruptcy of companies like Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, AIG, Bear Stearns, Ford, GM and almost collapsing our financial system in 2008-09 due to the unregulated $100 trillion dollar derivatives market. Yes its correct $100 trillion dollars in unregulated derivative are currently outstanding.  Today local banks are still going bankrupt and closing their doors left and right in record scary numbers.

The government has been trying to keep the false “American Dream” way of life alive by bailing out the financial system and essentially removing companies from the private sector and centralizing them much like Socialist countries have.

The national debt has sky rocket to the stratosphere due to all this printing of fiat paper currency in order to make all these “bailouts”. Did you hear in the news recently that the US hit its debt ceiling and would soon be bankrupt unless they increased the debt limit.

Did you know that most US states are in fact bankrupt today but according to US law they can not go bankrupt but they essentially are.

Did you know the biggest purchaser of US treasuries is now the US government? How can they buy and IOU from them selves with money they don’t have and receive money that doesn’t exist and then turn around and pay it back with interest? This is worse that using a credit card to payoff another credit card. Can you or I create money out of thin air?

Welcome the the Great American LIE! The Federal Reserve bank is the ultimate Ponzi Scheme created by the oligarchy and the FED is NOT a federal entity! The Federal Reserve is in fact a private corporation that pays a 6% dividend to its share holders and collects interest payments from the US Treasury. Also there is no reserve money because they print dollars out of thin air whenever the government wants to BORROW more!!! We have become an enslaved people working for the banks because they own ALL debt of which we the people have to pay the interest on either directly to our local bank or to the Federal Reserve through TAXES!!!

Did you know its impossible IMPOSSIBLE for everybody to payoff their loans because the system would quickly run out of currency long before we ever came close. So everyone keeps borrowing more and more and more and has to pay more and more interest. You do it, I do it, the government does it. Where is the breaking point? When will America and its citizens no longer be able to service its loan payments?

This breaking point will come sooner than you think no matter whether you, I or the government likes it or not it will happen. It inevitable. The government may try to continue printing its way out of this mess but this will only make matters worse and history will prove me right!

This printing of fiat currency and flooding the world with these dollars will eventually lead to hyperinflation! Everything will simply cost more dollars because the government has added so many dollars into the economy that the market will automatically rebalanced ALL dollars to a lower value due to this dilution effect.

Sure in the short term we are seen a drop in the price of oil and commodities and the economy seems to be getting better right? The news says so…

Think out it as poring a can of soda pop into an empty swimming pool and this represents all the money circulating in the economy pre 2008′. Now fill the pool with water and this represents the printing of trillions upon trillions of dollars now flooding the economy. Now take a cup of water from the pool and drink it. Taste any cola? But hey there is more liquidity for everyone but less soda pop for everyone too because it was diluted.

With more dollars into the system but with no value as it was printed out of thin air which reduced the value of ALL dollars so everything will have to cost more. Now the price of things is not going up in value what is happening is the dollars is actually going down in value because there is so much more availiabe to spend on things. Think of it like 100 people at an auction all bidding on one flat screen TV and the winning bidder overpaying for it and will because all 100 have the money. Its basic supply and demand.

Now you may be thinking “I didn’t see any of that bailout money” but the reality is the government has been secretly (or not so secret) keeping the government running by borrowing money from the FED for many many years. The gov can say its on budget or not it does not really matter because whenever it wants more money to fund its programs it simply borrows it from the FED. They guarantee to pay the FED back through future taxes. Now the way they get it into the economy is by paying gov employees, social security, Medicare payments, military wages, funding the military industrial complex and more. Still think you’re not seeing any of those worthless printed out of thin air dollars?

To top it all off we (you, me, our children and their children) are now indebted (enslaved) more than ever to the Federal Reserve like no other time in history before. See the government promises to pay the FED the interest on those fiat dollar loans back by taxing you and I and then giving it right to the FED!!! Do you see what’s insidiously wrong here?

We are being forced to pay an interest for something that never existed in the first place!

The rest of the world is not doing any better and I’m sure you’ve heard of a few countries in the European Union that are already in bankruptcy with more dominos to follow eventually leading to the possible collapse of the entire European Union. Just like when companies go bankrupt and the government take on ownership and centralizing them, is it also possible for countries to become centralized too? Countries becoming indebted to or basically owned by one central world bank or possibly even what I’ve heard people refer to it as “The New World Order” ???

Japan is another country in dire straits financially and on the verge of complete financial collapse. China the most controlled and manipulated economy on the planet is ripe for a major crash and massive social unrest due to over 90% of the population living in poverty and no signs of that changing any time soon even tho many of those people work over 12 hours per day for what we here in the US would consider peanuts. How long can their communist government control this huge population with long work hours until the people realize what is happening and rise up and revolt against their oppressors.

What To Do?

To solve a problem you must first understant the problem. Become one the the informed and educated about what is happening and why it is happening then you can make the best decision moving forward for you and your family to protect your wealth.
